The MasterChef OG is hitting the road in 2026 to share her recipes, life stories and enormous heart in Your Time Starts Now – The Julie Goodwin Tour. And in great news for fans outside our capital cities, this is a regional tour.

Kicking off in Wagga Wagga, NSW on February 6, the tour will take in nine towns around the state. It will then move on nationally, with more shows to be announced.

“I’ve been a regional girl for over 30 years,” Julie tells The Weekly of why she’s determined to take her tour far and wide. “There’s a lot to do in the metros as well as a lot of people visiting. I just wanted to visit the regions.

“The whole idea of the tour is not just to tell stories, but to hear stories and share stories. “

What is Julie Goodwin’s tour about?

Over the course of two hours, Julie will be cooking live on stage, sharing techniques and treasured recipes. She’ll also sharing plenty of honest reflections about her life – the good and the bad – as well as some readings from her 2024 memoir, Your Time Starts Now.

Julie will be joined by her former radio co-host David “Rabbit” Rabbets for the tour which invites audience Q&A and interaction.

“I want people to feel like they’ve pulled up a chair at my dinner table,” says Julie. “That we’re all sitting around to have a chat.

“We’re going to be having a lot of different conversations. And some of them will be hilarious of course because Rabbit is coming on board. We laugh a lot. But there’ll aslo be some meaningful conversations.”

Your Time Starts Now was a title meaningfully chosen by Julie for her memoir. And, she says, it still resonates for the tour.

“It’s not only that rallying call on MasterChef when the timer starts but now it’s an invitation. It doesnn’t matter what’s gone on in the past, your time starts now. You get to make whatever choices you want for your life.

“Some of them will be hard. But you have choices, so make the ones that are going to set you up for a happy life.”
