In exciting royal news, Princess Beatrice and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are expecting their second child together.
The royal family took to Instagram to announce the exciting news on October 1, 2024.
“Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are very pleased to announce that they are expecting their second child together in early spring; a sibling for Wolfie and Sienna,” they shared.
“His Majesty The King has been informed and both families are delighted with the news.”
Also celebrating the news was Princess Beatrice’s mother Sarah Ferguson.
Sarah shared an Instagram carousel of herself, Beatrice, baby Sienna, and Princess Eugenie alongside a beautifully written statement.
“Darling Beatrice. Words can’t quite express the joy and excitement I feel as you and Edo prepare to welcome another precious addition to your beautiful family,” said Sarah.
“Becoming a Granny again fills my heart with so much happiness and gratitude.
“Watching you grow as a mother has been one of the greatest privileges of my life, and now to see your family blossom further is an absolute blessing.”
While Princess Beatrice shares a daughter with her husband, the couple share two children together.

Princess Beatrice and Edoardo announced the arrival of their daughter Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi.
Sienna was born September 18, 2021, at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, London.
The royal family took to Instagram to share the news.
“The new baby’s grandparents and great-grandparents have all been informed and are delighted with the news. The family would like to thank all the staff at the hospital for their wonderful care,” they wrote.
“Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well, and the couple are looking forward to introducing their daughter to her big brother Christopher Woolf.”

In March 2021, the couple shared the news that they were expecting their first baby together.
Sharing an image from the couple’s wedding day the Royal family wrote in an Instagram post:
“Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are very pleased to announce that they are expecting a baby in autumn of this year. The Queen has been informed and both families are delighted with the news.”

Before his relationship with Princess Beatrice, Edoardo was engaged to architect Dara Huang but they broke up in 2018. However, the pair do share one child, Christopher Woolf, who was born in 2016.
