Great Scott; Back to the Future: The Musical is coming to Australia (and tickets are already on sale)!
Based on the 1985 film that starred Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd, the plot of the musical is pretty much the same.
Essentially, teenager Marty McFly is accidentally sent back in time from 1985 to 1955 in a time-traveling DeLorean, invented by the eccentric Dr Emmett ‘Doc’ Brown.
Once he’s stranded in the past, Marty meets his younger parents and inadvertently disrupts their first meeting and ultimately risks his own existence.

To fix the timeline, he must ensure they fall in love but also find a way back to the future – with the help of the younger Doc Brown, of course.
