The brand new season of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Australia only just begun but the winner may have already leaked…
How you may ask?
Well, fans have long used betting agencies like Sportsbet or TAB to successfully guess who will take the top spot on reality shows – like The Masked Singer, The Bachelor, The Voice, MasterChef and I’m A Celeb…
So, just by looking at the betting odds these agencies offer, you can usually figure out who will win long before the finale airs.
In regards to I’m A Celeb, just after the 2024 contestants first entered the jungle, Sportsbet quickly released their odds.
And according to the odds, either Frankie Muniz or Peter Daicos is expected to win I’m A Celeb this year – both of their odds are currently at $3.00
Following them are Ellie Cole at $5.00, Khanh Ong also at $5.00, Brittany Hockley at $6.00, Skye Wheatley at $6.00, Tristan McManus at $8.50, Stephen K Amos at $10.00, Michelle Bridges at $11.00 and Candace Warner at $13.00.
In last place is Callum Hole; the former Love Island Australia contestant’s odds are currently at $15.00.
In previous years, the Sportsbet odds have correctly predicted the I’m A Celeb winner.
For instance, in 2022, Dylan Lewis was tipped to win on Sportsbet from the very start of the season and he, of course, did end up taking home the crown.
However, last year fan-favourite Peter Helliar was tipped to win; he had the best Sportsbet odds since the beginning of (and throughout most of) the 2023 season but ultimately came 7th.
Whereas Liz Ellis, who ended up winning, started off the season as fifth most likely to win.
Then as the season played out, she slowly became second most likely to win. But Sportsbet only tipped Liz to win once Peter was voted off.
So of course, we’ll all just have to wait and see if the odds are correct or not this year…
