Who will host I’m A Celebrity Australia 2024?

Hosting I’m A Celeb this year is Julia Morris and Robert Irwin.

The upcoming 2024 season will mark the 10th time Julia has co-hosted the show but the first time Robert co-hosts.

What happened to Dr Chris Brown?

Robert, the son of the late Aussie icon Steve Irwin, is replacing Dr Chris Brown in 2024.

Chris co-hosted I’m A Celeb with Julia every year since the show’s inception but stepped down after the 2023 season.

This is because he left Channel Ten altogether and signed with Channel Seven instead. It was announced last year that in 2024 Chris will host the new home improvement show Dream Home and take over Daryl Somers’s Dancing With The Stars Australia hosting duties.

The new season of I’m A Celeb Australia will premiere on Channel Ten and 10Play on Sunday, March 24, 2024.

Where was I’m A Celebrity Australia filmed in 2024?

The 2024 I’m A Celeb season will be filmed in the South African jungle, just like earlier seasons of the show.

The last few seasons were filmed right here in Australia due to COVID restrictions.

How many years has I’m A Celebrity been on for?

The first season of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Australia premiered in 2015. The upcoming 2024 season will mark the show’s 10th year.

How much do I’m A Celebrity contestants get paid?

All contestants on I’m A Celeb are competing to win $100,000 for a charity of their choice.

However, according to several outlets, the contestants are paid for their time on the show too.

Yahoo Lifestyle reported that Nick ‘Honey Badger’ Cummins (who ultimately came 10th place in 2023) was paid just under $300,000 for his I’m A Celeb appearance.

Furthermore, the Daily Mail reported that 2023 contestants Kerri-Anne Kennerley (who withdrew after only 3 days in the jungle) was paid $180,000, Peter Helliar (who came 7th) was paid $90,000 and Ian ‘Dicko’ Dickson (who came 11th) was paid $80,000.
