The royal range includes a chardonnay and pinot noir.

It looks like the Duke and Duchess of Sussex aren’t the only royal entrepreneurs out there.

To celebrate the launch Amelia held an intimate lunch at Langan’s Brasserie in London for close friends to attend and try the wine for themselves.

Amelia is a specialty range belonging to Concha y Toro. Produced in the Quebrada Seca vineyard in the Limarí Valley, Chile, the range consists of a pinot noir and a chardonnay.

The pinot noir is characterised as a complex wine with notes of black tea and red cherries. While the Chardonnay has been described as “Chile’s first Ultra Premium Chardonnay.” The fruit is ripened slowly and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

While it hasn’t been confirmed, it is believed the wines belong to a specialty release and can only be purchased through the company’s website.
