Princess Eugenie has a seriously idyllic family life. After seven years of dating, royal fans were delighted in 2018 when Eugenie and her longtime love Jack Brooksbank got engaged.
The two were married on October 12, 2018 – just months after Eugenie’s cousin Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, tied the knot – and in February 2021, two became three when they welcomed their son August Philip Hawke Brooksbank.
Taking to her personal Instagram account, the youngest daughter of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson shared a black and white photo of their newborn’s tiny hand to announce their baby’s birth but it wasn’t until over a week later that they shared the first official picture and the name they’d settled on.
“We wanted to introduce you to August Philip Hawke Brooksbank,” she captioned the first family photo, taken by their “wonderful midwife”.
“Thank you for so many wonderful messages. Our hearts are full of love for this little human, words can’t express. We are excited to be able to share these photos with you.”
But the trio has now become four! Princess Eugenie took to Instagram in June 2023 to announce the birth of her and Jack’s second child.
“Jack and I wanted to share the news that we had our little boy, Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank, on 30th May 2023 at 8.49, weighing 7.1lbs,” she wrote.
“He is named after his great-great-great-grandfather George, his Grandpa George and my Grandpa Ronald. Augie is loving being a big brother already.”
They’ve since announced their third pregnancy, coming in 2026!

Eugenie captioned the post: “Happy International Women’s Day to all women out there. So much admiration for my dear mum and sister who guide me through life. And as a mum of boys, I am celebrating women bringing up boys to know how special this day and every day with women in it is.”

On May 3, 2025, Princess Eugenie shared a sweet carousel of images of her husband and their family to celebrate his birthday.
In the caption, she wrote: “Happy Birthday to my hero. Gosh it’s been 14 years and every birthday gets better as our family grows. Best Dada ever and the best memories with so many more to come.”
In addition to a recent picture of her husband, Eugenie shared a throwback photo of when they were first dating, holiday snaps of the whole family, and a cute shot of Jack and one of their sons on what we assume was Easter, and the two have giant rabbit teddy bears!

On Father’s Day in the UK in 2026, Eugenie also took to Instagram to share a loving post to her husband, Jack.
In one of the photos, he’s holding the hands of both of his sons, and in the second, it looks like he’s trying to keep August occupied during a mass service.
