Family, friends and fans have gathered to pay tribute to the extraordinary life that Olivia Newton-John lived at a state memorial in Melbourne. As attendees of the service filed into the Hamer Hall, a slideshow of rare and unseen photos was projected on screen, sharing some previously unseen photos of Olivia, from throughout the ages.
