The 2026 TV WEEK Logie Awards have concluded, which means one of Australia’s most popular talents recieved the illustrious Gold Logie Award.
For the 66th ceremony, the Gold Logie nominees included Poh Ling Yeow, Julia Morris, Ally Langdon, Lisa Millar, Todd Woodbridge, and Sam Pang.
As for who will win the award, viewers will just have to wait to watch the live broadcast airing Channel 7 and 7Plus on Sunday August 3.
How is the Gold Logie winner decided?
Each broadcaster can enter four contenders for the Gold Logie Award for Most Popular Personality of Australian Television, which will be then reviewed by independent industry experts.
Once narrowed it is down to seven Gold Logie nominees, the public will vote for the winner through an online website.
Voting for the Gold Logie will close on August 3, at 10:30pm AEST. To vote in the 2025 ceremony, click here.
Who has won the Gold Logie Award?
The Gold Logie Award is arguably the biggest award to receive at the ceremony, which means some pretty impressive names have taken home the prize.
Some Australian talents have even earned the award multiple times including Bert Newton who won the Gold four times.

- Sam Pang – 2026
After exceeding expectations for three years as the Logies host, Sam Pang was nominated in 2026.
““Being here the last three years I know what we all need, I’m going to keep this very very short… I’m going to sing three songs,” he joked. In classic Sam style, his acceptance speech was full of funny quips.
“I just wanted to say… I grew up watching television at the feet of my parents – they wouldn’t let me on the couch,” he said with a laugh.
“It’s a wonderful industry, a wonderful world full of talented people… I am very, very lucky and very grateful to be part of it. Thank you very much. ”

In 2024, The Morning Show’s Larry Emdur took home the prestigious Gold Logie.
“I love this business so much. I love being in TV, I love being on TV and I’ve never done anything else and I’ve never wanted to do anything else,” he said in his acceptance speech.
