Since Miranda Kerr delivered her signature wink on the Victoria’s Secret catwalk, the Australian model has been the poster girl for wellness and organic beauty.
People have long chased after Miranda’s glowing beauty routine, and she’s been more than willing to share it. From her morning meditations, writing inspiring novels, to the launch of her own skincare brand KORA Organics in 2009.
Nowadays, Miranda isn’t as frequently posing in front of the camera but rather chasing after her four children with husband Evan Spiegel. However, she remains as invested in her wellness routine as ever.
Below, The Weekly has rounded up some of the beauty routines Miranda Kerr swears by.

Morning Meditation
Miranda’s day starts at 5am to watch the sunrise and balance her circadian rhythm. She then practices Vedic rounding, a practice that combines yoga poses and breathing techniques to reduce stress.
The 42-year-old has practised Vedic meditation since she was 17-years-old, revealing in an interview with Lyma “it’s key to my connection and devotion.”
She has engraved the importance of meditation in her three eldest boys: Flynn, Hart, and Myles, who join their mother. However, little Pierre – who was born in 2024 – is a bit too young for meditiation!
“As an adult you do it for 20 minutes but for my children, my six year old does it for six minutes, seven year old seven minutes and so on,” she said in the interview.

“This New Year, [Flynn] said: ‘Mum, I want to meditate with you every morning at 6am and do it for 20 minutes’.”
Dry Brush
Dry brushing went viral a few years prior, and it’s a wellness technique Miranda swears by.
The mother-of-four does a dry body brush before every shower, telling Grazia, “It’s a great way to get the circulation going and remove any dead skin cells.”
The technique involves scrubbing a dry brush onto bare skin with a bristled brush, using gentle strokes toward the heart.

Celery Juice
For many years, Miranda drinks one litre of celery juice on an empty stomach.
During her pregnancy with Hart, Miranda was diagnosed with proctitis, a form of IBS, she told Get the Gloss in 2024. There is no scientific backing that celery juice helps reduce IBS symptoms. However, the mother-of-two believes the anti-inflammatory benefits of celery have helped improve her gut health, alongside other lifestyle changes.
