In 2024, Reese Witherspoon announced she was teaming up with suspense writer Harlan Coben to write a book. It’s the latest endeavour in a career that has seen Reese move from actor to founder to producer to children’s book author.
The book, Gone Before Goodbye, is out now! In a statement on her website, Reese and Harlan said this of their collaboration. “From a kernel of an idea to a tentative conversation between friends to an inspired vision of a story, we were somewhat shocked and absolutely thrilled to have had this collaboration turn from a ‘what if’ possibility to a ‘game on’ reality. And running full steam ahead has been an absolute blast!”
