Not many people can say they are the muse of a famous musician, but Daisy Fuentes can as the wife of 80s star, Richard Marx.
With Richard joining The Voice Australia as coach alongside Melanie C, Kate Miller-Heidke and Ronan Keating, many are wanting to learn more about his personal life.

Who is Richard Marx’ first wife?
On January 8, 1989, Richard wed Cynthia Rhodes.
Cynthia was a popular singer, dancer and actress well known for her roles in Dirty Dancing, Runaway and Staying Alive – where Cynthia and Richard actually first met in 1983.
In 25 years of marriage, they welcomed three sons together: Brandon, Lucas and Jesse.
Cynthia had a stellar career, working alongside John Travolta, Patrick Swayze, Tom Selleck, Kirstie Alley, and so many more. But after giving birth, Cynthia stepped away from the camera to care for their children.
In April 2014, the entertainers confirmed their divorce and had been separated since July 2013.
Who is Richard Marx married to?
In December 2015, Richard and Daisy Fuentes tied the knot. She was a model, television host, ex-weather presenter and MTV’s first Latina video jockey.
When Daisy caught his eye in the 90s, Richard was married to Cynthia.
“It wasn’t just that she was so beautiful. It was her vibe,” he told PEOPLE.
“I remember thinking, ‘I bet we would get along great.’ I always had a fascination with her.”
However the pair never met until after Richard’s divorce from Cynthia, inviting Daisy to one of his shows in LA. While there were instant sparks, Richard admitted it was a “tumultuous” time for the father of three.
The singer had his doubts, asking himself whether or not if he was ready for another relationship. Daisy had similar doubts, given she recently divorced from actor Timothy Adams.
Six months into their relationship, she ended it.
But alas, love finds a way! The pair reconnected shortly after, learning more about each other as friends before becoming lovers.
Does Richard Marx have any children?
Richard has three children with his first wife, Cynthia.
Brandon is the eldest child, born in September 1990; followed by Lucas, born in September 1992; and the last child is Jesse, born January 1994.
His eldest and youngest son have followed in their father’s steps! Brandon is now a music producer and singer. Meanwhile, Lucas is a singer and actor, appearing in Chicago P.D, Parenthood, and The Mob Doctor.
