Are you itching to get out and explore? Well, for one week only, Qantas has announced a huge flight sale with one million discounted Business and Economy seats to 60 destinations around Australia.
“We know Australians love a getaway,” said Qantas Domestic CEO Markus Svensson. “Today another one million sale fares will become available across our domestic Business and Economy cabins offering customers more choice and more value for their travel this year. And with 60 regional and capital city destinations covered, it’s a fantastic opportunity for those looking to book a weekend getaway, family interstate trip or travelling for business.”
This news should be especially welcome if you’re a points fiend, as the flights — including the business class routes — can be paid with a combination of points and cash. Routes start from the cheapest (economy seat Brisbane to Proserpine or Ballina to Sydney) at $109 or 5400 points plus $55, to the most expensive (Adelaide to Perth) at $649 or 46,000 points plus $74.

So, if you’re dreaming of a weekend escape to the stunning beaches of Hamilton Island or a city break to Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you should check out the sale:
