This year’s Married at First Sight has officially introduced its first intruder couple: Beth and Teejay.
The new couple hit it off immediately.
“She’s beautiful… I definitely got that spark,” Teejay told MAFS producers immediately after the ceremony.
Beth echoed these sentiments, telling producers, “[Teejay’s] very fit, very fit… Can’t wait to kiss him again; a big snog.”
And kiss him again she did; Beth and Teejay shared several sweet kisses during their wedding photos.
Are Beth and Teejay still together?
The couple’s connection grew even further during the wedding reception.
A particularly heartwarming moment was when Teejay asked if Beth was wearing coloured contacts.
She said no and he instantly exclaimed, “Oh, they’re so beautiful.”
Sadly, the end of Beth and Teejay’s reception was marred by Jacqui and Ryan; the two had a huge argument that drew everyone’s attention.
But rather than engage with it, Beth and Teejay decided to go outside.
While outside, Beth admitted that she’d never been in a relationship before.
She further confessed that she was worried that Teejay would think it was a red flag.
However, Teejay was very sweet about it though and said, “Hopefully we can change that.”
The newlyweds then embraced; it looked like this couple had a great shot at going the distance!
Of course, drama could emerge at any moment. It is MAFS after all.
