Gwyneth Paltrow, the iconic actress turned lifestyle entrepreneur, is also a proud mother.
After tying the knot with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin in 2003, Gwyneth welcomed two children into the world.
First came Apple Martin, born on May 14, 2004, followed by her brother, Moses Martin, born on April 8, 2006.
Gwyneth has spoken at length about how wonderful motherhood is; for instance, in 2021, she told W Magazine:
“I’ll never forget when I had my daughter Apple, the incredible rush of love that I had for her.
“I said to my mother [actress Blythe Danner], almost in shock, ‘Do you love me this much?’ It reframed, completely, how I saw motherhood.”
Despite ‘consciously uncoupling’ from Chris in 2014, Gwyneth (who is now married to Brad Falchuk) happily co-parents Apple and Moses with Chris and his current partner, actress Dakota Johnson.
In fact, the four regularly hang out for the sake of Apple and Moses.

In honour of Moses’ 18th birthday, Gwyneth penned a loving tribute to her son on Instagram.
“I am so proud of who you are, I love your sensitivity and brilliance and quiet humour and I admire how deep you go into areas that interest you, becoming an expert in synths from the 80’s and the French new wave,” she wrote.
“I love how much you love the people you love, but also how internal you are. There is such a magnificent world of ideas and harmonies inside that beautiful head of yours. I am unbelievably proud of the person you are today, as you cross over the threshold into adulthood. I love you more than words can say…”
