It was a nail-biting auction for the contestants, but the winners of The Block 2025 has been revealed!
This season, Blockheads have watched almost 50 episodes featuring some incredible room reveals, awkward body corporate’s and friendship. All the drama and friendliness aside, it was still a competition.

The competitors this year included Emma and Ben, Han and Can, Britt and Taz, Sonny and Alicia, and lastly, Robby and Mat.
And the winners of The Block 2025 were revealed to be none other than Britt and Taz!
House 3 sold for a staggering $3,410,000. With a reserve price of $2,990,000, it means Britt and Taz will be taking home $420,000.
As the 2025 winners, they will receive an extra $100,000 on top of their profits.
“We were shocked, we were absolutely shocked,” Taz said.
“It was absolutely insane. For us, that’s paid off our mortgage,” Britt told Shelley Craft. “Which is huge, to not have a mortgage at 30 years old, to not have a mortgage now is completely life-changing.”

Auction day for the other contestants didn’t go quite as well, including Emma and Ben, and Han and Can whose homes were passed in.
Their house initially failed to surpass the reserve, and after a discussion with their realtor and host Scotty Cam, the new parents decided to increase the bid to $3,100,000. Unfortunately, no bidders raised their price.
Robby and Mat were a bit disappointed with their $109,999 profit considering they were expecting more. Meanwhile, Sonny and Alicia received a $120,000 profit.
