It only took me two minutes to sign up online. Just provide your name, email address, a password and select any of the extra options (like subscribing to the newsletter). Plus you can use the 15% discount online or in-store.

To give you an idea of the potential savings in dollars, if you were buying this on-trend Chocolate 400 Thread Count Bamboo Cotton Sheet Set for a queen bed, you’d save $31.49 on the usual price ($209.95 but $178.46 with the welcome discount). And in this case, you’d also get free shipping as the order’s over $150.

Why might a Pillow Talk discount code not be working?

Some of the most common reasons a Pillow Talk code won’t work at the checkout include if the code has been entered incorrectly, if the order doesn’t meed the promotional offer requirements or if the code has expired. Fortunately, there are some easy steps you can take to check, and potentially fix the issue:

1. Enter the code again, exactly as it’s printed: Discount code letters need to be capitalised exactly as shown on the code, and all other characters need to be the same. Copying the code again and entering it is one of the easiest fixes when this is the issue.

How can I get free delivery with Pillow Talk?

Pillow Talk offers free standard delivery for orders over $150 across Australia, or over $50 for Club Comfort members. If you’re buying gift cards, you’ll also get free delivery when they’re purchased separately, even if they’re below the $150 or $50 thresholds. You can also save on delivery fees by choosing to click and collect for free.

What are Pillow Talk’s delivery fees?

Outside of free delivery options, Pillow Talk charges $9.95 for standard delivery. If you’re buying items that classify as bulky or oversized, the following delivery fees apply:

• Bulky orders: $39.00
• Large bulky orders: $49.00
• Oversized orders: $79.00

But you’ll pay a $9.95 shipping fee if you return items by post – you can avoid this by returning them to a store.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Like most places, you’ll only be refunded for the portion you paid for (minus any shipping fees). So if you used a promo code, you won’t get the discounted value from it back.

Items excluded from change of mind returns

Like a lot of bedding and homeware stores, there are some key items Pillow Talk doesn’t accept if you’ve changed your mind – including pillows. I found this out while shopping in-store at Pillow Talk, and would probably choose to go back to a store if I needed any of these (unless it was the exact same item I already had):
