Your guide to RedBalloon discount codes and offers with The Australian Women’s Weekly
RedBalloon makes it easier to treat yourself or someone else to a luxe experience on a budget, with offers that range from spa and dining packages to cruises, weekend getaways, winery tours and, yes, hot air ballooning (or skydiving if you’re more adventurous). It’s one of my go-to places for finding gifts for the people in my life who value experiences over items. In fact, I even featured RedBalloon in The Australian Women’s Weekly article on same-day gift delivery a while ago. And it’s been a favourite at The Weekly for years when it comes to experience gifts.
To make your gift or experience that bit more affordable, we have secured an exclusive discount code for RedBalloon – and our experienced Deals Team have used their industry experience and connections to source and verify codes and deals you can use right now. We personally test each code and read the terms and conditions for deals to make it easy for you to save on whatever experience or package you want.

RedBalloon FAQs
If you’ve never booked a RedBalloon experience, you probably have a few questions about how it works. I know I did! So to save you the time hunting down answers, I’ve got details for some of the most common questions right here.
How does RedBalloon delivery work for gifts?
If you’re gifting a RedBalloon experience to someone, you can choose to send it as a digital voucher via email, or as a premium, physical voucher that’s sent in the post. At the time of writing, RedBalloon actually had a free standard post and gift wrap offer available, while express postage cost $15.
When I’ve gifted RedBalloon experiences in the past, I’ve usually emailed them to myself and printed them out, then put them in a card to give to the person. But for family interstate, I’d definitely consider the premium voucher as a thoughtful and convenient option.
Does RedBalloon offer refunds?
Yes, RedBalloon offers change-of-mind refunds for experience vouchers within 14 days of the purchase date. The vouchers need to be unused, and not have a set date booked in for the experience. And it’s worth noting the refund can only go back to the person who purchased it.
But you do have the flexibility to exchange a voucher at any time during the five-year validity period. So if you’ve received a gift that’s not quite right, you can choose something you’d prefer.
What our Deal Editor’s loves about RedBalloon
RedBalloon has experiences for all kinds of people and occasions. It’s one of the places I check whenever I’m planning a weekend getaway or staycation, to find deals to add to the experience. I also love it as a way to find thoughtful gifts for people who value experiences over items – and have personally received my fair share of fun and luxe experiences from other people too.
