2. Check your order qualifies for the code: Most LVLY discount codes have a minimum order value, and some could be specific to a particular category or type of gift. LVLY may sometimes run promotions that offer free delivery to certain locations, but you’ll usually pay for delivery. I’ve found fees are around $22.95 to $24.95, which you could offset with a discount code or saving on the actual gift (when one is available).

Last minute gift? Here’s what to know about LVLY same-day deliveries 

Life can get busy fast! Sometimes that means special occasions get left to the last minute (or accidentally forgotten about). It’s happened to me before, and that’s where LVLY can really take the pressure off because it offers same-day delivery to metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Fremantle, as well as the Gold Coast, Geelong, Mornington Peninsula, Wollongong and the NSW Central Coast.

I’ve found it takes a bit of jumping around on the site to find all the important details, which isn’t ideal if you’re in a rush. So I’ve put together this quick guide to the key info that helped me.

• Cut-off times: 4pm for most areas and on most days. The exceptions are:
• Adelaide metro on Sat-Sun: 2pm cut-off time
• Gold Coast, Geelong and Mornington Peninsula: 2pm cut-off time Mon-Fri and 1pm cut-off time Sat-Sun
• Wollongong, Central Coast: 11am cut-off time Mon-Fri and 1pm cut-off time Sat-Sun
• Delivery fees: Delivery fees depend on the location, but typically ranged from $22.95 to $24.95 when I checked in July 2025. Here’s a detailed list of the delivery prices I was quoted for different metro and major regional addresses when ordering a Large Posy with free flower jar:

What happens if you miss the cut-off for same day delivery?

In most cases, LVLY will deliver your flowers/gifts the next day. But if it’s a regional address, it may take up to four days to arrive. You can check your order status once it’s placed or contact LVLY by calling 03 9071 2481, using the online chat or emailing hello@lvly.com.au.

How fresh are LVLY flowers? 

LVLY flower posies are made fresh daily by teams in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, and sent from the closest LVLY location to your delivery address. They’re packaged to stay hydrated and fresh for as long as possible, and should last at least three days.

But they can last longer. I’ve been sent flowers from LVLY that lasted a week before (although I don’t think they’d do so well in the heat of summer).

What’s the refund policy?

LVLY doesn’t offer change-of-mind refunds because of the fast turnaround for delivery. You also won’t be able to get a refund if the delivery information you gave is wrong. But if there are other issues with your order, such as damaged flowers or gifts, contact LVLY as soon as possible to discuss a refund or other solution.
