Arnott’s and The Australian Women’s Weekly serve up biscuit cookbook

Featuring all your favourite Arnott's bikkies.

Two of Australia’s most beloved names have come together to serve up something sweet. Arnott’s, the country’s iconic biscuit maker, has teamed up with The Australian Women’s Weekly to release Arnott’s: The Cookbook — a recipe collection that reimagines our favourite bikkies into irresistible creations.

Brimming with nostalgia, the cookbook takes classics like Tim Tams, Scotch Fingers and SAOs and transforms them into show-stopping desserts, comforting family bakes and party-ready treats. Think the timeless Choc Ripple Cake, fudgy Scotch Finger Brownies, and even a clever twist on the humble Salada.

You might have even spotted the new cookbook in a recent episode of The Block. Check it out here.

“The Australian Women’s Weekly is proud to bring joy and creativity into Australian homes with this special collaboration,” said Fran Abdallaoui, Food Director, The Australian Women’s Weekly. “Arnott’s biscuits are part of the fabric of Australian life, and this cookbook celebrates their role in our sweetest memories, past, present and future.”’

For Arnott’s Executive Chef Vanessa Horton, the collection is about honouring tradition while sparking creativity in the kitchen. “We know our biscuits are part of the moments that matter, whether shared over a cuppa, baked into a dessert or enjoyed straight from the pack. This cookbook reimagines them in surprising new ways, encouraging families to keep creating and sharing delicious moments,” she says.

Priced at $24.99, Arnott’s: The Cookbook is available now at major retailers including BIG W and Amazon — making it an easy (and tasty) addition to every Australian kitchen.
