Wondering who left My Kitchen Rules? You’re in the right place!
The 2024 season is almost over, with just the Grand Final to go.
This means all of the eliminations have taken place… If you missed an episode or two of MKR, here’s who left during the 2024 season.
Who has left My Kitchen Rules 2024?

Mike and Pete
Mike and Pete were eliminated after losing to Simone and Viviana in the semi-final.
The friends made salmon tartare with balsamic pearls and crostini for their entrée, crumbed scotch fillet with mashed potato and pickled cabbage for their main, and ruby chocolate tart with strawberry ice cream for their dessert.
And while Pete and Mike gave each dish their all, Colin and Manu did have critiques for all three courses.
For instance, both Colin and Manu thought the crostini in the entrée “lacked love”.
When it was revealed Mike and Pete had been eliminated, Pete graciously said, “We’ve enjoyed almost every moment. It’s been a wild, wild ride!”
“It’s back to reality. I’m really proud of you, Pete,” Mike added.

Janey and Maddie
After battling it out with Caz and Fergus in the semi-final, Janey and Maddie were sent home.
The mother-daughter duo cooked kingfish ceviche for their entrée, beef wellington for their main, and raspberry soufflé with raspberry sauce for their dessert — a technical menu that really challenged them!
Both Colin and Manu praised Janey and Maddie’s entrée, main and dessert, but Caz and Fergus’ dishes — grilled pork jowl with nahm jim jaew, choo chee ocean trout with papaya salad, and panna cotta —were slightly better.
This led to Janey and Maddie being eliminated while Caz and Fergus progressed to the grand final.
“It’s a bit painful getting eliminated but nothing else has mattered more than spending the time with Maddie,” Janey said as she and Maddie hung up their aprons.

Rob and Liam
During the third round of Instant Restaurants, Rob and Liam fell from grace. Despite scoring very high numbers during the first two Instant Restaurant rounds, this time, the brothers scored a dismal 57 out of 100.
Colin took issue with their entrée, beef cheek tacos with smoked cheese sauce and pico de gallo, saying the taco shells were very chewy. While Manu said the dessert, churros with pistachio mascarpone cream with liqueur and chocolate sauce, was “not well executed”.
Throughout the rest of the third Instant Restaurant round, Rob and Liam were hopeful another team would score lower than them and save them from elimination. But Simone and Viviana went on to score 68 out of 100, Mike and Pete earned 63 out of 100, Caz and Fergus scored 62 out of 100, and Janey and Maddie — the last team to complete the third round of Instant Restaurants — got a 63 out of 100.
As soon as Janey and Maddie’s final score was revealed, Rob and Liam knew their time on My Kitchen Rules was over.
“We’ve proven through this competition we’re great cooks. We had one really bad day. We left the door wide open for everyone to beat us. It’s been a great experience doing it with my brother. Love you, bro,” Liam said as he and Rob left the competition.
“Sorry guys. It didn’t work out your way tonight, but we think you guys are great, and thank you,” Maddie replied.

Hannah and Lawrence
After an intense cook-off against Simone and Viviana and Mike and Pete at My Kitchen Rules‘ Headquarters, Hannah and Lawrence were sent home.
All three teams were tasked with cooking a ‘family favourite dessert’ and sadly, Hannah and Lawrence’s honey and ginger cake scored the lowest with a total of 19 out of 30 points.
“Honestly, we gave it everything we could. We worked our butts off to get to where we are now. I’m just proud of how far we came,” Hannah said as she and Lawrence left.

Robert and Andrea
After the second round of Instant Restaurants, married couple Robert and Andrea — both from Germany — were at the bottom of the leaderboard with just 46 points out of 110.
The couple received such a low score because they served the riskiest menu ever seen on My Kitchen Rules. It consisted of Leberknödel Suppe (liver dumplings in broth), Fleischkaese Bratwurst with potato salad and red cabbage, and black forest cake.
Sadly, the pressure got to both Robert and Andrea. Manu and Colin didn’t have anything positive to say about any of the three dishes. The entrée (which Colin described as a “polarising dish”) was too salty, the sausages in the main were too dry and the potatoes in the main were, according to Manu, “unseasoned”. Robert and Andrea’s dessert was also dry and had the wrong ratio of cream to biscuit.
When they were eliminated, Andrea said she was “disappointed” in herself and Robert for letting the pressure get to them. However, she went on to say:
“We still love each other, and we will cook the same dishes again and we know we can nail it.”

Ash and Cassie
In a shock double elimination, Ash and Cassie were one of the teams to go after the first round of Instant Restaurants.
The young mums served duck pancakes, crispy pork belly with green papaya salad and coconut kaffir lime panna cotta with lime syrup and ginger crumb.
The judges were impressed with Ash and Cassie’s entree and dessert but their main was disastrous. Manu said, “The pork underneath was unseasoned, unloved and undercooked”.
In the end, they scored a total of 60 out of 110 points.
This was the second-lowest score on the leaderboard which is why Ash and Cassie were ultimately eliminated.

Danny and Sonia
Danny and Sonia were the other team who bit the dust during the double elimination.
The brother and sister served Townsville Mud Crab with mango chilli dip, filet mignon with garlic prawn toppers, beer-battered wedges and bacon broccoli salad. They finished with an espresso martini trifle during their Instant Restaurant.
And while the entree was well received by the judges, the main and dessert were not. Manu even described the filet mignon from the main as “a piece of wet cardboard”.
Ultimately, Danny and Sonia scored a total of 56 out of 110.
This was the lowest score on the leaderboard. And so, Danny and Sonia were eliminated at the end of the first Instant Restaurant round.
