Princess Charlotte was taking style cues from her mother, Princess Catherine! The duo wore their hair half-up, decorated with bows.

Princess Catherine donned a black velvet Miu Miu bow, paired with a beautiful red Alessandra Rich dress and Van Cleef & Arpel earrings. Meanwhile, her daughter wore a maroon ribbon in her hair with a matching velvet dress.

The special Christmas lunch is a tradition first started by King Charles’ mother, the late Queen Elizabeth II. The late monarch would host the festival meal at a neutral location before travelling to Sandringham for the official Christmas break.

King Charles and Queen Camilla have decided to continue this tradition.

Also spotted heading to the event were the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, with their daughter, Lady Louise Windsor. Princess Anne attended with her husband Sir Timothy Laurence.

Sisters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie – and her husband, Jack Brooksbank – were all smiles driving into Buckingham Palace.

Princess’ Beatrice and Eugenie did not attend Princess Catherine’s Christmas carol concert on December 5. The sisters have been distant since their father, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was stripped of his royal title in October 2025.

Andrew was notably absent from the Christmas lunch, along with the Princess’ mother, Sarah Ferguson.
