Meghan, Duchess of Sussex has always had a distinctive fashion sense that seamlessly combines elegance and sophistication with a modern, contemporary touch.

But as she’s gone from actress to member of the British royal family to co-founder of Archwell (the company behind many charitable causes as well as the docuseries Harry & Meghan and Heart of Invictus), Meghan’s style has evolved; gracefully, of course.

And the Duchess is aware of the power her styling holds.

“Times where I know there is a global spotlight, and attention will be given to each detail of what I may or may not be wearing, then I support designers that I have really great friendships with, and smaller, up-and-coming brands that haven’t gotten the attention that they should be getting,” Meghan told The New York Times in August 2024.

“That’s one of the most powerful things that I’m able to do, and that’s simply wearing, like, an earring.”

If you think she’s kidding, she’s not; in 2017, a bag from the brand Strathberry sold out online in just 11 minutes after Meghan was publically seen with it. Not to mention in 2023, a bag from the brand Cesta also sold out after Meghan was spotted with one.
