The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are rumoured to be heading Down Under in 2026. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle haven’t been in Australia since their last official visit in 2018.
Celebrity Astrologer Angela Pearl let the news slip on an Instagram post she shared on 12 November 2025.
She captioned the post, “Still in awe of this special evening. Thank you, Prince Harry and Meghan, for the warm invitation and inspiring conversation.”
In addition to a photo of herself and the Sussexes, she also shared a letter she received from them, dated 24 October 2025. In that letter, signed by Prince Harry and Meghan, they share their gratitude for joining them at the private event and mention their potential visit to Australia. The letter features Meghan’s royal cypher, which is a cursive M (which also looks like an H) with a crown.
“On a separate note, we hope your family in Ukraine remain safe, and we look forward to staying in touch, especially as we look to visit Australia again.”

Angela lives in Australia and has posted tarot card readings from Uluru, Australia’s spiritual heart.
The last time the Sussexes were in Australia was for the Invictus Games in Sydney in 2018. Prince Harry is the founder of the Invictus Games, a sporting event for wounded, injured or sick servicemen and women.
The couple’s arrival also coincided with the announcement of Meghan’s pregnancy with her first child, Archie. The palace shared the news within hours of their arrival on Australian soil.

Their Australian itinerary took them beyond Sydney, including stops in Melbourne and Dubbo, where they met farmers dealing with drought, local schoolchildren and community groups. Throughout the visit, they highlighted causes close to their hearts, including veterans’ welfare, mental health, and community resilience. The tour also offered plenty of classic royal moments, from iconic harbour-side photos to meeting some koala bears.
The visit formed part of a broader 16-day tour of the South Pacific, which included Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand.
So, why are Prince Harry and Meghan Markle potentially coming to Australia next year? Well, the next Invictus Games are happening in July 2027 in Birmingham, UK. So that’s not it. Some events that might draw them include the AFC Women’s Asian Cup final in Sydney next March, and the Parrtjima Festival of Light, which is returning to Alice Springs in April 2026.
There are plenty of other contenders, but we shall have to wait and see. Stay tuned for any updates on the Sussexes’ potential trip to Australia in 2026.
