The 2025 TV Week Logies are officially underway!
Held at The Star Sydney, television’s best walked the red carpet before the awards ceremony kicked off. Sam Pang, who is hosting the Logie Awards for the third year in a row, gave a hilarious opening monologue that had the audience members in stitches.
Now The Weekly is updating live as the Logie award winners are announced…
The complete list of 2025 Logie Award winners:

Best Lead Actress in a Drama
Lynne McGranger, Home and Away, Seven Network
For her role as Irene Roberts in Home and Away, who will be departing the drama in 2025, Lynne McGranger was extremely touched by the win.
“This is very unexpected, and I am incredibly honoured to be amongst such unbelievable company,” she began. “But I want to thank the writers, the
marvellous writers, and our producers, who have not only given me a life to live through Irene, but have written the most remarkable exit story about a woman dealing with Alzheimer’s, which is something I think we are all aware of in this day and age.”
“I want to thank my beautiful cast – they are mine – I want to thank the beautiful cast of Home and Away, who have just been my family and my friends can and I love you all. I am truly overwhelmed. I love my daughter and I love my husband. I asked him to come tonight, and he said, ‘I would rather swallow a hammer. ‘”

Best Lead Actress in a Comedy
Kitty Flanagan, Fisk, ABC
After a stellar night for Fisk, Kitty Flanagan jokingly reassured the crowd that it would be the final time she would be on the stage.
“Thank you so much, this is genuinely such a thrill,” she said in her acceptance speech. “I think one of the most exciting things for me is when people come up to me and tell me that they watch Fisk with their kids, and it makes me so happy to know that we accidentally wrote a family show. We did not mean to, but it has turned out so well,
“It gives me hope I will have a career for a few more years because we have a younger generation watching now. The fact that they appreciate a middle-aged lady in a brown suit who mumbles, what hope for the future there is! Thank you so much, everybody. This is so unexpected, and we are delighted. We have had a wonderful time tonight.”

Ray Martin Award for Most Popular News or Public Affairs Presenter
Ally Langdon, A Current Affair, 9Network
2025 Gold Logie nominee Ally Langdon is the first-ever recipient of the Ray Martin Award, which was introduced this year.
“To this incredible man right here, thank you,” Ally said to respected journalist Ray Martin. “I think a lot of us in this industry you are a big part of why we got into it. Thank you so much for just showing and being that guiding light. We are so incredibly privileged, each and every one of us, to hold the jobs we do. We understand it comes with a responsibility, and Ray, you showed how to do it.”

Best Factual or Documentary Program
Unbreakable: The Jelena Dokic Story, 9Network
“I’m actually in shock,” Jelena Dokic began her acceptance speech. “I didn’t think this was possible, and I didn’t have a speech prepared. I said to my Channel 9 team and Todd [Woodbridge] that we will wing it.”
“This is about a win for victims and survivors, especially of domestic violence and mental health. To not just have heard but for them to reclaim their life, to find their voice and not just survive but to thrive… I will say to every single girl and woman out there, never allow anyone to take your worth or happiness or smile away. Believe in your goals and dreams. I am standing here as someone who literally had that dream. I believed in it. I didn’t give up on it.
“Lastly, Todd Woodbridge, you’re my person. I say that, and this makes me cry so much because I sat down with you at the table 11 years ago when I retired, and you said to me that I can be a commentator and bring my story to life. I said to you, ‘I don’t know who you are talking about, but you are not talking about me.’ I was a person who couldn’t string two sentences together and had no skills. You believed in me professionally. I hope everyone finds a Todd like I did.”
