Whether you’re looking for holiday destination inspiration or in need of a laugh, the 2026 season of Travel Guides has it all.
The Channel Nine reality series has kicked off, with some new faces.

Who’s are the new Travel Guides in 2026?
There are two new faces in the Travel Guides team – but they might look familiar if you’re an avid reality TV fan.
Two of the newcomers are Lucinda Light and Andrea Thompson who attempted to find love in the 2024 season of Married At First Sight Australia. Andie and Lucinda didn’t find love, but they certainly found friendship in one another.
They aren’t the only newbies as Travel Guides welcome the cheeky Callum and Mitch from Love Island Australia. Welsh-man Callum was a contestant in 2022 where he met former AFL player Mitch, who won the 2021 season.
Also joining the season is married couple, Brooke and Adam. While they don’t have any experience on reality TV, they are award-winning Australian country music stars with their album Up, Down & Sideways hitting number one on the ARIA charts.
Sister duo Eliza and Liberty stole hearts on The Block 2023 with their infectious energy. Now, they’re returning to TV in Travel Guides 2026 alongside Brisbane mums Nicky and Connie, and best friends Tash and Meryl.
Never fear, our favourite Guides have returned for the 2026 season including ‘holiday snobs’ Kevin and Janetta, best mates Kev, Dorian and Teng (aka The Target Boys), The Fren Family, Karly and Bri, and couple Matt and Brett.
When does Travel Guides 2026 premiere?
The beloved Guides will return to our screens on April 21, 2026.
Do Travel Guides contestants get paid?
Like most reality shows, the cast members get a daily allowance.
“We get an allowance. We get a daily allowance,” Kevin told Mammamia in June 2025.
The holiday snob kept mum on what the daily allowance is but Matt and Brett shared that it’s not the money, it’s the travelling that makes being on Travel Guides so worthwhile.
“The holidays are something that we simply wouldn’t be able to afford,” Matt said.
“If we were able to add up all the experiences, all the flights and accommodation that we’ve been able to experience – it’s like winning the lotto, really,” Brett agreed.
