Congratulations are in order for Rihanna and A$AP Rocky as they welcome their third child together.
The couple shared a beautiful picture of the Diamonds singer cradling her newborn daughter, surrounded by pink blankets and large bows on either arm.
“Rocki Irish Mayers,” Rihanna wrote. “Sept 13 2025.”
Her name pays homage to her dad’s name, whose real name is Rakim Mayers who adopted his nickname Rocky as a stage name.
The second photo in the announcement featured pink boxing gloves, a perfect fit for a baby.
This is Rocky and Rihanna’s first baby girl after two boys, and it has been a long time coming for the father of three.
Prior to Rocki’s birth, the rapper told Entertainment Tonight that he was waiting for a girl to join the family.
They also clearly decided to continue the ‘R’ theme for their growing family.
On May 13, 2022, Rihanna gave birth to her first child, RZA. She famously announced her first pregnancy in January 2022, showing off her bump while walking through New York City with Rocky.
At the time, she wore a long pink puffer jacket, unbuttoned to display her bump and ripped jeans.
Their second born child was son Riot Rose Mayers, who was born August 1, 2023. Rhianna didn’t opt for a photoshoot to announce her second pregnancy.
Instead, she iconically revealed her pregnancy during her 2023 Super Bowl halftime performance. During the entire performance, she hid the bump behind a jacket in the red ensemble. It wasn’t until the very end, did she rub her belly.
For her third pregnancy announcement, both Rocky and Rihanna confirmed it while attending the 2025 Met Gala.
“It’s time that we show the people what we was cooking up,” Rocky told reporters. “And I’m glad everybody’s happy for us ’cause we definitely happy, you know.”
