Having a family of her own was always a dream for Miranda, particularly after meeting James in 2016.

Shortly after tying the knot in 2018 at Panorama House on the Bulli Tops Lookout in NSW, they began trying for a baby. While the journey wasn’t simple, it was certainly worth the wait when Miranda saw those two lines on the pregnancy test.

“I came downstairs to tell James and it was the most wonderful thing. We were able to have that moment together and just savour it,” she told the Australian Women’s Weekly at the time.
