The 2026 Oscar nominations are in!
In a very proud moment for Australians, Rose Byrne has been nominated for Best Actress for her role in If I Had Legs I’d Kick You, which also earned her a Golden Globe Award just a week ago. Additionally, fellow Australian Aussie Jacob Elordi has been nominated for Best Supporting Actor in Frankenstein.
Making history with a total of 16 nominations was Ryan Coogler’s historical vampire film, Sinners, starring Michael B Jordan and Hailee Steinfeld.
