Oprah Winfrey may have retired from hosting full time, but she’s coming back this March with a menopause special.
Set to air in the US on March 31, An Oprah Winfrey Special: The Menopause Revolution will feature a frank but enlightening conversation between Oprah, Naomi Watts, Halle Berry and Maria Shriver.
Naomi, beloved actress and The Weekly’s March 2025 cover star, has long been outspoken about menopause.
She even launched Stripes, a beauty and wellness brand focused on menopausal health, in 2022, and released Dare I Say It: Everything I Wish I’d Known About Menopause, a candid book/memoir, in early 2025.
Similarly, Halle Berry recently rebranded her wellness platform RESPIN (first launched in 2020) to target menopause instead of overall health.
Today, RESPIN aims to empower perimenopausal and menopausal women by providing resources, products, and community support.
Maria Shriver – journalist, author and founder of The Women’s Alzheimer’s Movement – has dedicated much of her career to health awareness, particularly in areas that affect women.
She has long been vocal about the need for more research on menopause and its connection to brain health, particularly Alzheimer’s disease.
In addition to Naomi, Halle and Maria, Dr Mary Claire Haver, an ob-gyn and the author of The New Menopause, and Dr Rhonda Voskuhl, a neurologist who specialises in menopause, will also appear on An Oprah Winfrey Special: The Menopause Revolution.
“This show starts the revolution of answers for millions of women throughout this country. We discuss what you need to know to best advocate for yourself when it comes to mental health, sleep, weight, sex, and your brain so we can ultimately see how freeing menopause can be in your life, with the best yet to come,” Oprah said of her upcoming special.
