The 2026 Actor Awards are here. Formerly known as the SAG-AFTRA Awards, the awards show has been renamed to the Actor Awards. The trophy has always been called ‘The Actor”, so they are aligning with that.
With the awards ceremony set to begin at 12pm AEDT — follow our live updates here or watch it yourself via Netflix — the stars made their grand entrances, turning heads with their fashion choices.

The Irish actress is having a phenomenal awards season, taking home most best actress awards for her performance in Hamnet. And unsurprisingly, she’s up for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role for the role!
We loved this black and white gown that oozes 1920s Hollywood glamour.
Kate Hudson
This floor-length cream gown is stunningly ethereal; we would expect nothing else from the heavenly Kate Hudson. She’s also nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role for Song Sung Blue.
Teyana Taylor and Rue Rose Shumpert
Teyana Taylor was joined on the red carpet with her adorable daughter, Rue Rose Shumpert! The two were the biggest hits on the red carpet, at one point, Rue Rose also sang a song with Jessie Buckley!
Plus, they both looked incredible!
Rose Byrne
Australia’s golden girl, Rose Byrne, also up for her Academy Award, is also nominated for Outstanding Performance by a female Actor in a Leading Role for her performance in If I Had Legs I’d Kick You.
We love this white flappy-style dress, although very on-theme, it’s timeless!
Jean Smart
Jean Smart oozes old-world glamour with this silky gold and black look. She’s nominated tonight for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series for her role in Hacks.
Leslie Bibb and Sam Rockwell
Everyone’s favourite red carpet couple, Leslie Bibb and Sam Rockwell, looked stunning in an all-black look (including sunglasses) and a sequin ball gown with floral embellishments.
They both starred in the most recent season of The White Lotus, which is up for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.
Erin Doherty
British actress Erin Doherty is also having a fantastic awards season. She’s nominated tonight for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Television Movie or Limited Series for Adolescence.

Loved-up married couple Jason Bateman and Amanda Anka looked perfectly on these which is stunning gown! Jason is nominated tonight for her performance in Black Rabbit.

This colour on Aimee Lou Wood is simply beautiful. The flowy gown is the perfect look for The White Lotus actress. Her show is nominated for Outstanding Ensemble.
Kristen Wiig
We love a daring cut-out, and Kristen Wiig really brought it with this sleek black gown. She’s nominated tonight for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series for Palm Royale.

Nominated tonight for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role for Blue Moon. He forwent a classic tuxedo for this military-esque waistcoat.

Irish actor Paul Mescal also have some fun with is outfit with a white cravat instead of a more traditional bowtie. He’s up for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role for Hamnet.

This could our favourite look of the night, drama and structure combine in Allison Janney’s white gown with cicrle embellishments.
Donna Jordan and Michael B. Jordan
Michael B Jordan attended the awards tonight with his mother, Donna Jordan! Her dress and matching velvet scarf were fabulous. And his grey suit, paired with a blue shirt and tie, was a stylish change amongst the men.
Gwyneth Paltrow
Goop’s Gwyneth Paltrow brought some dark glamours with this beaded lace dress with a deep neckline and black heels with bows.
Demi Moore
Oh, the drama! Demi Moore’s dress turned heads on the red carpet. Seemingly sleek and elegant from the front, the fabulous puffy tail was beyond fabulous.
