After a gruelling and drama-filled 13 weeks, The Block 2024 auction has finally taken place.

Who won The Block 2024?
Ultimately, it was Maddy and Charlotte who won The Block in 2024.
The sisters came in halfway through the season after Jesse and Paige quit.
But despite this disadvantage, Maddy and Charlotte instantly began wowing the judges and went on to win multiple room reveals.
Their The Block journey wasn’t all smooth sailing; Maddy and Charlotte had some tough times too.
For instance, the girls were constantly outcast by the other contestants.
And when it was revealed that they are professional house flippers outside of The Block, the contestants downright bullied Maddy and Charlotte, leading to the shedding of many tears.
But all those tears will surely seem worth it now that they are taking home a profit of $1.55 million as well as the $100,000 bonus prize for winning.
“Can you believe it?!,” Maddy said when their auction came to an end.
“I can’t believe it!,” Charlotte excitedly added.
The Block 2024 auction results:
Maddy and Charlotte
Maddy and Charlotte’s house went last in the auction order but ended up selling for a whopping $3.5 million to Adrian ‘Lambo Guy’ Portelli.
This means the sisters AKA this year’s The Block winners will now take home – after the $1.95 million reserve is subtracted and the bonus $100,000 is added – a total of $1.65 million.
Courtney and Grant
With a reserve of $1.95 million, Courtney and Grant’s house – which went first in the auction order – sold for $3.3 million to Adrian. This means the couple will now take home a profit of $1.35 million.
Ricky and Haydn
With a reserve of $1.95 million, Ricky and Haydn’s house – which went fourth in the auction order – sold for $2.7 million to Adrian. This means the mates will take home a profit of $750,000.
Kylie and Brad
Yes, Kylie and Brad did turn up to the auction after all the recent drama. They also confirmed that they’re still together.
With a reserve of $1.95 million, Kylie and Brad’s house – which went second in the auction order – sold for $2.6 million to Adrian. This means they will take home a profit of $650,000.
Kristian and Mimi
With a reserve of $1.9 million, Kristian and Mimi’s house – which went third in the auction order – sold for $2.93 million to a mysterious man in a purple suit.
The man in purple ended up being Adrian’s buyer’s agent though, meaning the ‘Lambo Guy’ bought all five of the 2024 The Block properties.
As for Kristian and Mimi, the couple will now take home a profit of $1.03 million.
